At South Orlando CrossFit your first workout is on us. Just contact us at 407-203-6739 and we’ll get you scheduled for a free class. It’s that simple. There are no high-pressure sales pitches or endless presentations. Just come in and give it a try. We’re confident that once you meet our trainers and try a WOD (Workout of the Day), you’ll recognize the potential CrossFit has to change your fitness and your physique for life.
You can join us for a complimentary class at any of the scheduled times listed below:
Monday- 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 4pm
Tuesday- 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 4pm
Wednesday- 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 4pm
Thursday- 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 4pm, 6pm, 7pm
Friday- 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 4pm, 6pm
If you’re new to CrossFit and would like to become a member of South Orlando CrossFit you are required to take a series of 4 Foundations Sessions with one of our trainers.
These one-on-one or small group training sessions are designed to get you up to speed on the movements, exercises and terminology used during CrossFit. In addition you’ll learn about nutrition and the food you can eat to lose weight, build lean muscle and maintain your energy while training.
Foundation courses can be scheduled at your convenience but are mandatory before participating in regular WOD’s.
