I'm not in shape — am I going to be the slowest one there?

Nope. Every workout is scaled to your level. We have members in their 60s and members who do this competitively, working out at the same time. Coaches handle the rest.

Do I need CrossFit experience?

Not at all. The No-Sweat Intro is built for first-timers. We'll walk you through the basics, no judgement.

How does the free intro work?

30-minute conversation in the gym. We learn about you, you see the space, and we figure out if it's a fit. No workout, no pressure, no sales pitch.
